The Lab

The lab is a desk, two screens, a microphone on a boom arm, and a wall of index cards. Most of what happens here does not ship. That is the point.

I build voice-first systems: agents that listen, ask a follow up, and hold a thread long enough to be useful. verballí came out of this room. So did the agent answering questions on this site.

I work in public because the failures are the interesting part. A planner that loops. A retrieval step that quietly returns nothing and the model confidently fills the gap. Those get written down.
